Strata Motor
Direct from our factory to Southern Vietnam's assembly lines, optimized for consumer appliances, personal care, and automotive components.
Engineered to bypass middlemen, eliminate communication lag, and maintain absolute batch consistency across global supply routes.
Manufacturing high-performance micro DC and gear motors since 2006, running fully automated high-precision lathing and winding setups.
Every dynamic batch undergoes automated lathing balancing, salt-spray durability testing, and acoustic evaluations before container sealing.
We work directly from CAD drawings. Rapid prototyping of custom shaft dimensions, coil turns, brushes (metal/carbon), and gear configurations.
Operating under ISO9001:2015 frameworks with full REACH, CE, and RoHS directives, satisfying strict OEM/ODM audit standards globally.
As Vietnam's premier industrial powerhouse, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and its surrounding industrial clusters—including Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP)—are experiencing unprecedented integration into the global electronics supply chain. Multinational companies and regional electronics manufacturing services (EMS) providers require localized, agile support for precision components.
Our direct export programs to the Cat Lai and Hiep Phuoc ports provide HCMC-based firms with reliable high-volume shipments of precision micro DC motors. We address critical regional demands: high humidity mitigation, rust-proof shaft treatments, and stable performance within a wide ambient temperature range. This strategy ensures seamless performance for IoT hardware, localized automotive auxiliaries, and household appliance production lines.
Under the hood of Strata Motor's engineering excellence: material configuration and magnetic path design optimization.
Precision micro DC motors (such as the SFF and SRF series) rely on the interaction between a permanent magnet stator field and a wound rotor armature. In tropical manufacturing hubs like Ho Chi Minh City, environmental factors such as elevated ambient temperature and relative humidity exceeding 85% place significant stress on standard motors. Unprotected iron armatures and sub-standard commutation brushes are susceptible to premature oxidation and rapid wear.
To mitigate these factors, Strata Motor integrates silicon steel rotor laminations and NdFeB (Neodymium Iron Boron) or high-coercivity ferrite magnets. The brush gear features either precious metal brush fingers (gold, silver, platinum alloys) for low-noise, low-current signals (e.g., in medical devices and smart locks) or high-grade carbon-graphite brushes for high-duty, high-torque industrial operations. This specialized metallurgy guarantees a longer operating life, low electromagnetic interference (EMI), and exceptional efficiency.

Maintaining zero-defect parameters through meticulous environmental simulation, mechanical analysis, and acoustic verification.
Pioneering high-density coils, smart electronic commutation, and sustainable materials for the next generation of micro drives.
As micro drives scale down in size, demands for torque density and energy conversion efficiency increase. Our engineering team is currently implementing three key technological initiatives:
1. Rare-Earth Material Optimization: By integrating custom-grade NdFeB magnets with enhanced thermal stability, our motors retain high torque without thermal demagnetization, even when running continuously at internal temperatures up to 120°C.
2. Coreless Stator Configurations: For medical instruments and precision measurement tools, we manufacture coreless DC motors. Eliminating the silicon steel core removes magnetic cogging torque, resulting in exceptionally smooth rotation and rapid dynamic response.
3. Advanced Brush Compositions: To extend motor lifespan in industrial environments, we have developed hybrid carbon-metallic brushes. These brushes combine the high conductivity of copper with the low friction and self-lubricating properties of graphite, reducing brush wear by up to 35% compared to standard configurations.
